Xpeng AeroHT Demo’ed eVTOL Flying Supercar and Announced Land Aircraft Carrier’s Q4 Entry Intro Mass Production at CES
AeroHT is the eVTOL-focused entity of XPeng Inc.
(Las Vegas, Nevada) During a press event held during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2024) in Las Vegas yesterday, XPeng Inc.’s (NYSE: XPEV) electric aviation business arm AeroHT provided live demonstrations of its eVTOL flying “supercar” and announced the opening of pre-order reservations for its modular "Land Aircraft Carrier" EV/eVTOL flying car in the fourth quarter of this year.

Since 2013, AeroHT has conducted tens of thousands of safe flights en route to developing and implementing electric flying vehicles at scale, according to Elektrek.

Despite pre-orders in the pipeline, XPeng AeroHT did not share exactly what its Land Aircraft Carrier “flying car” will cost. XPeng founder He Xiaopeng said the carrier would be priced in the RMB 1 million segment ($140,500); pricing will become more concrete once the company debuts its final design, according to Elektrek.
