U.S. SAF Producer XCF Global Launches on NASDAQ With Ticker SAFX

XCF Global, trading as SAFX, is bringing sustainable aviation fuel solutions to public markets post-SPAC with Focus Impact BH3 Acquisition Company on June 6, 2025.

(Reno, Nevada & New York, New York) Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) producer XCF Global, Inc. has launched on the NASDAQ today, post-closing of its business combination with Focus Impact BH3 Acquisition Company on June 6, 2025; XCF’s Class A common stock will begin trading at market open under ticker symbol “SAFX.”

Per today’s press release on Morningstar, XCF Global is a pioneering sustainable aviation fuel company dedicated to accelerating the aviation industry’s transition to net-zero emissions; specifically, XCF is developing and operating state-of-the-art clean fuel SAF production facilities. The company’s New Rise Reno facility launched production of neat SAF in February, with a. Production capacity of 38 million gallons annually, and XCF is currently advancing its pipeline of production sites in Nevada, North Carolina and Florida.

XCF is actively building partnerships across the energy and transportation sectors to accelerate the adoption of SAF on a global scale, according to the company.

Per Renewables Now, XCF is targeting 159 million gallons of SAF production by 2028.

The XCF-BH3 deal was initially completed in March of 2024, at the time giving the combined entity a pro forma enterprise value of USD 1.84 billion (EUR 1.61bn), according to Renewables Now.
