Thrive Aviation to Launch Fractional Program with its New Investor, Honda Aircraft Subsidiary Arleen Air
Thrive’s forthcoming fractional ownership program will initially operate two aircraft types: HondaJet HA-420 light jets and Bombardier Challenger 3500 super-mids.
(Las Vegas, Nevada) Las Veags-based private aviation provider Thrive Aviation announced today (Sept. 2) a strategic partnership and minority investment by Arulean Air, a Honda Aircraft Company subsidiary; the investment establishes the foundation for a new fractional ownership platform.

Per today’s press release from Thrive, Thrive will operate and manage the fractional program while Arulean Air will acquire aircraft for the program.
The fractional program will initially operate two aircraft types: the HondaJet HA-420 in the light jet category and Bombardier Challenger 3500 super-midsize jets. Owners will be matched to the right aircraft for each mission, according to Thrive’s press release.
As of the present time, Thrive has received the program’s first two aircraft and anticipates adding approximately four to six HondaJet HA-420s and two to four Challenger 3500s annually as the fractional owner base and fleet continue to grow.
The new fractional program is designed to draw on Thrive’s existing operating platform and fleet of more than 30 aircraft, providing additional flexibility as owners’ travel needs evolve, according to Thrive.

Full program details will be introduced at the National Business Aviation Association’s NBAA-BACE 2026, from October 20–22 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
