SpaceX Signs Computing Power Deal Worth up to $6.3 Billion with AI Startup Reflection – Reports
The deal enables access to Nvidia GB300 chips at Elon Musk’s Colossus 2 data center.
(Memphis, Tennessee & New York, New York) NYC-based artificial intelligence startup Reflection said today (Jun. 22) that it signed a deal with SpaceX that will grant the $25 billion valuation startup access to additional computing capacity at SpaceX’s Colossus 2 data center, according to various sources.

Specifically, the agreement grants Reflection immediate access to Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) GB300 AI chips, which are used to train and run advanced models; in return, Reflection has agreed to pay SpaceX $150 million per month beginning July 1, 2026 through 2029, per CNBC.
Either company – Reflection or SpaceX – can end the contract with 90 days’ notice after the first three months. If the agreement runs through the end of its term, Reflection’s payments to SpaceX will total about $6.3 billion.
Elon Musk’s Colossus – billed as the world’s largest AI supercomputer – is based in Memphis, Tennessee. SpaceX first built the supercomputer to power its Grok AI chatbot, and is now using that infrastructure to sell computing power capacity to other AI companies.
