SpaceX Has Filed Confidentially for IPO – Bloomberg

Bloomberg reported today (April 1) 11.17am ET that SpaceX has submitted its draft IPO registration to the SEC, according to sources.

(Starbase, Texas) SpaceX has filed confidentially for an initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter, per a Bloomberg article published at 11.17am ET today (April 1).

The article reports that SpaceX submitted its draft IPO registration to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, according to sources who asked not to be identified as the information isn’t public.  SpaceX representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment, per Bloomberg.

SpaceX – which acquired Musk’s xAI in a deal that valued the combined entity at $1.25 trillion – could seek an IPO valuation of more than $1.75 trillion, according to people familiar with the matter, according to Bloomberg.
