Skyservice Unveils New Seattle Business Jet Center at Boeing Field

(Seattle, Washington) Business aviation company Skyservice officially announced the opening of a new Seattle Business Jet Center at King County International Airport – Boeing Field ( FAA LID / IATA : BFI, ICAO : KBFI) last week.

The state-of-the-art facility, which spans 71,000 square feet, includes a passenger lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows, a pilot lounge, snooze rooms, and a conference center with views of Mount Rainier. The complex also boasts a 50,000-square-foot hangar and 7-acre apron designed to accommodate a range of aircraft, from piston planes to advanced jets, according to last week’s press release from Skyservice.

An event to celebrate the grand opening drew over 200 guests, including industry peers and local dignitaries, per Skyservice. The new facility offers services such as ground handling, refueling, aircraft parking, and a partnership with Go Rentals for ground transportation.

Skyservice, which is widely recognized in Canada with FBO locations in Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver, as well as Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities, continues to expand its footprint in the United States, with already-established FBOs in Bend, Oregon, Helena, Montana, Redmond, Oregon, and Napa, California – in addition to its Miami and forthcoming Fort Lauderdale locations under Fontainebleau Aviation – and now Seattle.
