Seven Beach Lane is a Brand New Gem of a Hotel in Westhampton
The hotel and restaurant property is located near both Westhampton town and Rogers Beach.
(West Hampton, New York) Real estate bigwig Corey Gluckstal’s Seven Beach Lane opened its doors last week – on Friday, August 9th – ushering in a new era of boutique luxury just adjacent to Westhampton Town and less than a mile from Rogers Beach.

I visited the hotel and its restaurant and took a tour of the rooms and grounds — the property is exquisite and extremely sunny.
Seven Beach Lane is located within a restored 1885 Victorian inn – I’d describe it as modern old-school from the front, Malibu-beach style from the backyard pool area. The pool area is literally a delight (see the photos if you don’t believe me) featuring a heated saltwater pool surrounded by lounge chairs, couches, zero street noise and chirping birds. It’s lovely — really.

“We are bringing that modern taste into our redesign while at the same time appreciating and restoring an 1880s designed inn to its original glory – I think it really resonates with people in town,” said Gluckstal, who owns real estate development firm Peconic Equities.
Rooms, which start at around $795 / night and of which there are 16 in total, are done to the T, light and airy – some provide walk-in-and-out-access to the pool – and suites provide up to two bedrooms and a living room + kitchen area for penthouse guests.

Interiors throughout the hotel were done by Beth Donner Design, who was also responsible for the interiors at the Peconic Equities-developed Fire Island Beach House.
Seven Beach Lane’s restaurant area – both indoor and outdoor – is divine and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for hotel guests and outside diners. Try the bucatini with shrimp and oysters for dinner, and the soft scramble with black summer truffle and lemon whipped ricotta toasted brioche (I did both as part of a fantastic buffet for one!) for breakfast.
For those who are unfamiliar with Westhampton, Beach Lane is an extremely quiet road located just off of Main Street — this means that hotel guests and visitors are a two-minute walk from favorites such as One Trick Pony for coffee and an evening-time wine bar, Local Provisions for smoothies, juice and on-the-go fare, and local shopping favorites such as Code Blue, GOOD Westhampton and Sail to Sable. Nearby Rogers Beach, off of Westhampton’s Dune Road, is less than a mile and/or ten minute walk away from the hotel property.
