Intuitive Machines (LUNR) Reports 1Q26 Earnings, Agreement to Buy Goonhilly & COMSAT
Intuitive Machines 1Q revenue nearly triples, but misses estimates.
(Houston, Texas) Intuitive Machines (NASDAQ: LUNR) reported 1Q26 earnings this morning (May 14), including record quarterly revenue and an agreement to acquire deep space communications provider Goonhillly Earth Station and Goonhillly USA Inc. (dba COMSAT).

The news comes after Intuitive Machines announced on Monday, May 11 that it was was selected by the U.S. Space Force for the Andromeda IDIQ contract to develop space surveillance capabilities.
Intuitive Machines CEO Steve Altemus said, “Intuitive Machines continues to execute, grow, and win new business at record pace. Our acquisition of Lanteris has been immediately accretive with the combined entity already creating value.”
Although 1Q revenue was $186.7 million, nearly triple the year-earlier period, it fell below Wall Street consensus estimates of $205 million, per Seeking Alpha.
LUNR shares are down 8.07% pre-market at $32.80 as of 7.57am ET.
