(Kinston, North Carolina) flyExclusive (NYSEAmerican: FLYX) announced this morning (Mar. 12) the reintroduction of its Cessna Citation XLS+ fractional ownership program, making flyExclusive the sole private jet operator to offer fractional shares on the midsize (a.k.a. super light) jet, according to the company.

Per flyExclusive, fractional shares of its preowned XLS+ aircraft, which seat as many as 8 passengers, are available immediately, with pricing of shares starting at $695,000 per year.

"At its price point, the XLS+ fractional share offers a compelling value alternative to the Phenom 300 and Citation Ascend, delivering comparable or superior cabin comfort and performance at a lower entry cost," reads today’s press release from flyExclusive.

The company also notes that its XLS+ fractional offering carries no monthly management fees.

"The XLS+ is one of the most capable and well-rounded midsize jets ever built, and our customers have made it clear they want fractional access to it," said flyExclusive Founder, Chairman and CEO Jim Segrave. “ We’re proud to be the only operator in the market offering this aircraft on a fractional basis. It’s a differentiated product at a price point that makes sense for owners who want real value without compromise."

According to flyExclusive, the reintroduction of its XLS+ program comes after XLS+ fractional availability previously sold out in 3Q2025. The reintroduction brings availability back as a result of strong client demand.

Additional XLS+ aircraft are expected to be added to flyExclusive’s ARGUS Platinum and Wyvern Wingman-rated fleet through 2026 to meet growing demand, according to the company.
