EL AL Reopens Flights to and from Israel, Expands Recovery Options for Stranded Passengers
The airline is working to return to full operations following recent disruptions.
(Jerusalem, Israel) El Al Israel Airlines (TASE: ELAL) announced today (Jun. 25) that it has reopened ticket sales for flights to and from Israel, as it works to restore its full flight schedule following weeks of cancellations due to security concerns related to the Israel-Iran conflict.

The airline announced on its social media accounts that it is ramping up service this week from major international gateways where many Israeli citizens are still waiting to return home. Customers holding EL AL or Sundor tickets for canceled flights can now contact the airline or their travel agents to be reassigned to alternative flights, and no additional fees will be charged if the new flight departs from the same region as the original booking.
EL AL said it plans to fully restore its flight schedule across all destinations starting next week; travelers with departures scheduled from June 29 onward (July 1 for Sundor customers) are encouraged to check the status of their flights online or through their agents.
The airline is also offering credit vouchers to customers with tickets for departures through July 15 who choose not to fly — these vouchers, valid for two years, must be requested at least 72 hours prior to original departure time.
EL AL says it has transported tens of thousands of Israeli citizens and other customers back to Israel on recovery flights from various international locations since the start of disruptions from the Israel-Iran conflict.
