Atlantic Aviation Continues to Expand Global Footprint with Bermuda Acquisition
The deal adds the island’s sole general aviation ground handler, Cedar Aviation, to Atlantic Aviation’s international network.
(Plano, Texas) Atlantic Aviation announced last week that it acquired Cedar Aviation Services Ltd at L.F. Wade International Airport (BDA) in Bermuda, adding a new international fixed-base operator to its portfolio as part of Atlantic’s strategy to grow in key leisure and business aviation markets.

The news comes after Atlantic announced its purchase of ExecuJet’s Saint Maarten FBO earlier this month.

The Bermuda fixed-base operator (FBO) includes a 6,440-square-foot executive terminal and nearly 700,000 square feet of ramp space. As the island’s sole provider of general aviation ground handling and air cargo services, the facility offers comprehensive support for arriving and departing aircraft. Services include concierge assistance with ground transportation, catering, and hotel arrangements, as well as assistance with customs and immigration. Additional amenities include a conference room and meeting space, along with standard ground services such as GPU, lavatory service, international trash handling, and overnight parking.

Atlantic Aviation noted that the addition of its new Bermuda facility will strengthen its international connectivity in support of the island’s broader economic development goals, and position Atlantic Aviation Bermuda as a key gateway for both leisure and business aviation.
